Management’s ability to lead, instead they find ways to evade trouble and blame those under them. Yes we have changed in the past months, but still the little clubs are here. If you are not out being a gopher or getting your nose brown...you wont last long.
Work/life balance...3 to 4 hours in traffic a day, I could be more productive with that time. Mental health days are needed. Wish we had casual Fridays.
Gossip is seen as gospel and throwing someone under the bus is the culture. Yes, we want the best working for us, but we had some great people who management put in impossible last minute situations and then *poof* they were lumped in with under-performers. The whole time management was underperforming and wanted you to save their hides.
Management pretends to know what they are doing, but when your leadership says the customer is always right, they will use you to get what they want then drop you.
If you write a review on here that they don’t like, we get shamed in a few ways and they send someone else to right a glowing review and not address the real issues of the culture.
