Pros

- Good compensation package and medical policy

Cons

- CEO is everything. Unfortunately HRC has a founder CEO with a lot of founding bias. Tier 2 executives are his batchmates from IIT and all YES Sirs. - CEO micromanages Tier 3 leaders. He will find the one question that you will not be able to answer and pound on it. They have a leadership principle called 'Call BS on your Boss' but the moment you do that, you are out of his good books. And once you are out of CEO's good books, nobody else will bat for you. - Laterals at senior levels are hired only to train the dozens of freshers they bring in from colleges. The floor is a fish market. Their intention is to make this a software factory. Laterals are fired once their reportees have learnt enough. - They follow bell curve rating system. Every year, managers are forced to choose people who eventually will be let go through various indirect methods that you can imagine. - HRC has a strategy team which basically does program management. They insist leaders to change strategy every week for the sake of it. - If you do not hustle, you are not valuable to the company.

Pros

If you join here today, be ready that you may be fired tomorrow. Bad company, no job security, lot of layoffs. Do not spoil your career by joining here. Do not fall prey to this company. It has very bad management. Though it is growing it has nothing to offer to employees. There is always danger to lose job as the management acts on its will. There are no good employee friendly policies. It is definitely a no for women employees. All the good things written about it are false and written by HR itself to retain its falling image. Be careful when you read good about it. You are at your own risk.

Cons

Bad company, no job security, lot of layoffs. Do not spoil your career by joining here. Lot of people are asked to leave in 6-month timeframe. Hence, it is a big mistake to leave earlier job for this company. Many people who joined from branded companies and from good colleges leave this company within 6 months time. Those who stay are because of illegal bonds.

Very Mediocre; Full of Extreme Internal Politics

Pros

To keep it straight, nothing.

Cons

Highly Toxic Work Culture. Extremely High Internal Politics. The HRs seldom respond to any queries, basically they are inadequately trained and hardly know what's happening around. Also there is not even a single person to even properly guide you in Exit Formalities. Favoritism is rampant and you get recognised, promoted or given rightful hikes only on basis of how well you submissively fall under their cheap politics. Special treatment and boss-like powers are virtually passed to sycophants who in turn dominate around like "the big bosses" and constantly nag you as micromanagement. The Higher-ups are mostly wolf packs of colleagues and acquaintances from their past college/organization creating a milieu of groupism. One of the group heads( self-proclaimed "bold and blunt boss" for customerv) is conceited and never pays heed to anybody's opinion. Employees are just yes-man puppets under her. Many are afraid to voice in fear of consequences. Also shamelessly gives very unprofessional inappropriate threats ( evidences well recorded in as audios and videos ) to quash down anyone who doesn't comply to her toxic domineering. Consultants are made to squeeze out work with unrealistic deadline committed by incompetent managers. Work-life balance goes for a toss. Anytime could be working time; unnecessary, unplanned meetings are kept on no-notice and you are expected to be there no matter what time of night it is. Their so called "Be Bold and Blunt" and "B.S. on boss" are mere punchlines, in reality the management is highly intolerant to even slightest of genuine criticism. Apparently there's no work culture here as claimed, clear lack of empathy and more of dog eat dog environment. There is no hierarchy and any random servile to top management could be promoted and authoritate micromanagement. They are busy in spreading rumours and too nosy in people's personal lives rather than showing interest in work. Managers don't seem to take much interest in team work. Training content are below average. Nobody knows what they are doing for. No Job Security : Teams and business get dissolved very frequently, for name sake they would force a random work much indifferent to your profile as in you eventually stay dissatisfied and leave. Ofcourse the better ones would be taken up by bootlickers. Do not get deceived by some "good reviews" here. The HR department has a practice of connecting with new employees just after a few weeks and insists them to write reviews on Glassdoor, all right under their nose. Also, so are the hundred plus hapless student interns from a tied-up deemed institute in Odisha who desperately wants to be in their good-books and keep up their hopes of getting placed. What a pity plight. Besides, over-promoted company's jargons in reviews like "zing" , "rollercoaster" are couple of other signs to be watchful for. Work experience and learning gained here may not be of much value in the market and for your future role. Working any day is nothing more than a mental torture. Unfortunately the top management usually says something to appear welcoming but in turn does something else turning deaf ear to issues.
