nice and supportive colleagues who keep you sane
Cons
staffs are being overworked, company demands the staffs to uphold high professionalism in handling work while they keep on missing out on the staff's incentive pay and they will claim that it's the staff's fault for not reminding the management. Management constantly blames the staffs, will not listen to any advice as it will be taken as an "attack".
