Pros

None- Avoid this company at all costs.

Leaving this company came with the same relief as leaving a toxic relationship. The absolute delusion and arrogance of the leadership team that they are in any way effective is ASTOUNDING. I have never witnessed such a group underhanded, and unethical "Leaders". They care nothing about their employees, gaslight them, and take no responsibility for the fact that they have no idea how to manage, or foster a healthy or effective culture. They tote their precious "VALUES" and don't live any of them, it's complete lip service. The joke of the company is that while they sit on their thrones and congratulate each other for being the masters of their universe, the only thing they are actually accomplishing is running the company into the ground. Our customers know that our products are ineffective, and they're constantly contacting customer support angry and exhausted by the fact that nothing works. This is by far the most dysfunctional and toxic company I have ever worked for. They sell you a bag of goods during the interview process, and don't deliver on any of it. In addition, Bonus payout dates are constantly moved so they can avoid paying them. Don't believe anything they tell you in interviews, read Glassdoor, and steer clear of applying because every negative description on this page is true.

Pros

In my experience, there’s a pattern of overcommitting to customers without the internal structure to back it up. Timelines feel overly optimistic, and priorities shift frequently to try to keep up, which puts a lot of pressure on teams. This leads to constant fire drills and a disconnect between what’s promised and what can realistically be delivered. It often feels reactive instead of planned, and teams are left scrambling to adjust. Management doesn’t always seem aligned on execution, which makes things even more confusing. There are good people here, but it’s tough to operate in an environment where expectations keep moving. No real pros I can think of.
