Pros

None- Avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

Leaving this company came with the same relief as leaving a toxic relationship. The absolute delusion and arrogance of the leadership team that they are in any way effective is ASTOUNDING. I have never witnessed such a group underhanded, and unethical "Leaders". They care nothing about their employees, gaslight them, and take no responsibility for the fact that they have no idea how to manage, or foster a healthy or effective culture. They tote their precious "VALUES" and don't live any of them, it's complete lip service. The joke of the company is that while they sit on their thrones and congratulate each other for being the masters of their universe, the only thing they are actually accomplishing is running the company into the ground. Our customers know that our products are ineffective, and they're constantly contacting customer support angry and exhausted by the fact that nothing works. This is by far the most dysfunctional and toxic company I have ever worked for. They sell you a bag of goods during the interview process, and don't deliver on any of it. In addition, Bonus payout dates are constantly moved so they can avoid paying them. Don't believe anything they tell you in interviews, read Glassdoor, and steer clear of applying because every negative description on this page is true.

Pros

One of the most disappointing, operationally disorganized companies I’ve worked for. It's honestly embarrassing. There are no clear processes in place, and core functions like compensation planning, performance tracking, and internal alignment are consistently delayed or undefined. Comp plans are not delivered on time, expectations shift quarterly, and teams are left to figure things out on their own. Leadership, particularly at the COO and CEO level, lacks the operational expertise needed to run and scale a company. There is no real operating structure, and decisions feel reactive rather than strategic. This creates confusion, inefficiency, and low trust across teams. The only pro: Good people at the individual contributor level

Cons

Almost everything, but particularly: No processes or structure Late/unclear compensation plans Constant shifting priorities Weak operational leadership
