Pros

Permanent Remote, work from anywhere. Work-life balance. People are great, approachable, and mind their own business. You get your CUA and CXA certifications sponsored. Work shift totally depends on the project you're in. HFI has alot of resources to learn from. They have a mentor-mentee culture for personal growth. Overall its a great place to start your career.

Cons

Less pay, no bonus, average increments.
