      There are some nice people to work with.

      Cons

      The training is severely lacking, you are expected to sit down and just start with only a brief overview of the infrastructure Problems with receiving paychecks on time, late paychecks. There is no performance review and no bonus structure so the salary you negotiate it what you get even when management promises increases by year end. There is no performance review you can be let go without ever being told what you were doing wrong or needed to improve on.

      Pros

      I love the team at Hunter Strategy, even though most of us have been working remotely, you feel really connected with the rest of the team through different regularly scheduled team events like happy hour or team building activities. By far my favorite company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      None! If you get the chance, highly encourage joining this awesome and diverse team of brilliant minds. If you prefer working at a physical office, they can likely accommodate if the customer does not have space for you on site.

      I have been working at Hunter Strategy for more than 6 months now… Employee-focused company with an approachable CEO and the team. Hunter Strategy values time the most which helps in getting tasks done ASAP without delay (24-48 hours at max). At Hunter Strategy people are valued over their resume evaluating every profile holistically that comes to table, which is something I most love about this business organization. It is a small business now with lot of potential in growing big in the coming days!

      Cons

      Since most projects are based out at the client-site, often we don’t see most of the team members in Hunter’s HQ.
