My experience at this company as an accountant was extremely negative. The management culture is toxic and driven by favoritism rather than competence or professionalism. There is a clear lack of transparency, accountability, and respect toward employees. Career progression is not based on performance or objective evaluation,but on personal preferences and internal politics. This creates a deeply unfair and demoralizing environment. In addition, employees’ working hours are not properly recorded, despite the legal requirement to do so in Germany. Ignoring such obligations raises serious compliance and ethical concerns. Without fundamental changes in leadership, fairness, and adherence to labor laws, the company will continue to struggle with trust and employee morale.
