Pros
The company is very dynamic and you can work in the several projects it put in place every year, many of them even not strictly related to their core business. Great work/life balance, you never work over the weekends or late in the night. Compensation is good, most of all comparing it to other companies in the area.
Cons
The company is family owned and even though the organization is changing the decision-taking process is still highly centralized. You have to be very proactive to take responsibilities and not get stuck into the hierarchy,
