      Flexible Timings, some incharges are very lenient, salary is good for higher ups,

      Nothing much to learn, most of the people work like operators with no innovation, is far from good part of bangalore

      Only good for learning new things in Stokvis tapes Inida Pvt limited which will not help to develop career. Only for Internal use.

      Good salary perks & benefits & flexible timing,

      Cons

      Need to maintain hierarchy. Other department HOD will command us to complete their activity and no restriction to enter in different department. Attrition rate have increased due to poor management and no improvement or interest for improvement plan.
