      Pros

      The Employees will help you when you have questions, which you will because you are not trained properly.

      Cons

      You wear too many hats. I am responsible for things that are far out of my scope and there are not enough employees so if anyone gets sick everything falls apart because no one else knows how to do their job. When everything falls apart, the boss gets very upset and yells

      Pros

      The company continues to grow and add more opportunities. The pay is good and the benefits are great - full healthcare, 401K, PTO, etc. The technology created helps the company deliver value to customers and happy customers means happy management and staff. There is an established process founded with Lean principals to allow the company to continually be more efficient.

      Cons

      not all employees have the same focus which then makes others pick up their slack.

      Pros

      Employer pays insurance but it has a high deductible. Employee has no option to select a plan.

      Cons

      Crappy pay. No vacations until after a year completed. Micro-managers. No 401K. No bonuses. Employer expects you to work long hours for $35,000/yr. Backstabbing managers and employees.
