Diverse projects in KoLs, good for people starting out looking to learn and test waters

Lots! Lack of opportunity, stagnant learning, skill set cannot being developed as per aspiration, incoming projects and conference coverage opportunity is limited to handful people, and more importantly not a good team environment.

long working hours 18 hours+ not just for a week. It's regular for people to work like that. Management feels it as part of extending our efforts. Highly mismanaged. Higher management don't care about the problems people working down face and keep piling work for people below them Politics amongst employees

Nice Colleagues to Work With. There are high energy levels. HR team is fine, they help as and when required. You really need to be very skill full as at times clients are very demanding.

Cons

Make moving between Depts more flexible. Also having a office close to Sarjapur may not be a bad idea

Indegene either pay us for the everyday 10+8 & 10+10 extra hours or plan your projects accordingly. Please don't work like EAST INDIA COMPANY. How pathetic can a company's management be. This is going on for past 2 years. You don't have enough employees. Accept that and hire and train people. 1 person cannot work for 20 hours in a day for you. Actually one person should not work that many hours. You as a company may think that ua "investing" sensibly but trust me, if one is not posting here, they ARE telling other people. You can't care about your company's name. You don't care about your employees. Your reviews are going into gutters because you could cont plan properly. All your good resources are leaving. This should be a wake up call.
