      No breaks, not enough hours, no progression

      Pros

      Service charge is nice, although most of that goes to the managers. Seriously, the tips are split REALLY unfairly.

      Cons

      No breaks Always cutting hours Rotas come out really late every week Pay is monthly They’ll dangle a promotion in front of you, make you take on extra responsibilities, but never actually give you more money. Lazy managers
