    Pros

Great first management job for experience

    Cons

NOT GOOD for established professionals. People in management positions seem to want a good solid status quo. Recognition for achievement while being on the phones is great as long as you don't want to advance. Advancement from being on the phones is like pulling teeth. There is NO career track. Some great managers have been in the same position for years. (If you put a "SR." (senior) title on a position it is not really that different.)

    Advice to Management

After cutting some dead weight last year, please please please live up to your value that you want what is best for your employees. Start to make that happen for employees at all levels.

    Pros

The people that you work with will be some of the best people you ever met in your life and you will have strong friendships with them! Some of the supervisors and some managers actually care and try to make it a fun place to work.

    Cons

Pay, local management, benefits options, corporate managers - not much good to say here.

    Advice to Management

My advice is not to management but rather to those interested in working here. Dont bother. The company will not be around for much longer. I am sorry to say I wasted so much time working there.

    Pros

The following applies if you're male:
Great corporate experience for those that have never been exposed to corporate America.
Excellent place to cut your teeth in working with clients.

    Cons

A work day is not what most define as a work day. I worked for the company for several years and as long as I was putting in a solid 50 hours plus, I was in good shape. The only time I was ever recognized for my effort was during a month where I was averaging 60 hours a week. It was impossible to get your work done unless you show up first, work, through lunches, and leave last.
Sexual harassment runs rampant. Several women have confided in me personally, separate instances, that they experienced sexual harassment weekly. I wanted to help but they were afraid to report anyone in fear of retribution.
The lack of accountability on the operational side is unfathomable. I cannot believe how many times i witnessed and personally experienced a lack of accountability by the call center Managers and Directors. it is unreal that it is allowed to happen and from what i understands continues to happen.
I personally was asked to take advantage of clients by over billing and lying. i eventually left the company because i could no longer morally do what i was asked to do.

    Advice to Management

You MUST make it a safe workplace for women. It is appalling to know people in high standing are sexually harassing young impressionable female employees. What a terrible first corporate experience for women.
Practice what you preach. You talk family but you practice indentured servitude.
Take a hard look at your Directors and VPs and who is actually doing their work. more often than not, those taking credit for the work are not the ones actually doing the work.
Lastly - stop the lying and stealing from your clients. My time there was not the exception to the rule. It is shocking to have seen and been part of some of the worst business practices I've ever seen. Executive leaders, your Directors are not telling you the truth. They lie to your clients and they lie to you. it is very common place.

I worked at InfoCision part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None! Nothing about this place is worth being in!

    Cons

You're treated like dirt, they do not train you (They show you an introduction video and call that 'training') and they scream at you if you do not make a sale

    Advice to Management

Need better management!! They are too lazy to properly train anyone.
