      Pros

      Company is very clear with their goals and approach. Employees are well define about KRA. Lot of training and team building activities which help employees to upgrade their skills.

      Cons

      Senior management is biased and favourable towards certain employees. HR runs a fake coaching and counseling session , they pretend that they are helping but actually it's all big lie and a trap.

      Very bad and mean work culture. Outdated practices. Lack professionalism. It's all about pleasing the bosses to get benefits.

      It's an MNC..they have a few bosses who are fair and value the team.

      Cons

      This section isn't enough to mention wat a worse experience I have had. It's not worth working for thm. I put my foot on the wrong side of this organization. They are very biased. The seniors listen to their juniors and remove people even if they hvnt done anythng wrong. They are pretty political. No value for employees. Super hire and fire policy. It's a political ground. Worst company to work with if you are serious abt ur career pls dont even think abt it.
