Innocean India is the most corrupt and I'll managed ad agency.
1. Client and senior management treat employees like mules. You are not allowed to think or have an opinion. If client says anything, you have to agree
2. Everyone from Indian MD to senior staff is corrupt. They promote their own vendors, tak payback from media and take money to pass projects. It's worse than a government office. Lining their own pockets is more important than quality
3. This agency has another agency to do it's work 🫢😂 they pay Havas to do creative work for them. Again because someone gets a pay cut
4. Most employees are furniture. People have been sitting here for 8-10 years. Have not upskilled or upgraded and know nothing about how industry works today. They are not even willing to learn
5. It's toxic and political. If you don't align with the corrupt, they will try and get you sacked
6. The client also listens to only those who take them out drinking or give them money
7. HR is powerless, spineless and lies to your face
8. Korean management who wants to do good work and wants good of the agency is kept in the dark, lied to and made fun of.
9. Key resources have 3-4 jobs and work for competition as well.
