Pros

I have had a really good experience working here. The team is supportive, leadership is approachable, and the work environment encourages learning and growth. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and upskill. Work–life balance is generally good, and the culture is collaborative. I truly feel valued and appreciated.

Pros

Inogic is a wonderful organisation that truly fosters continuous learning. In my role as a CRM BA, I was able to explore far beyond my initial scope and gained meaningful exposure through presales activities. The company also ensures that your hard work is recognised and fairly rewarded during appraisals. They celebrate every festival with enthusiasm and organise various events, including award and recognition functions, which add to the positive work culture. Transitioning from a complete WFH setup to a full WFO environment felt smooth, thanks to the supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Overall, it has been a deeply enriching journey.

Pros

I’ve been working here since 2 years, and overall my experience has been good. The company culture is nice, people are supportive, the team is cooperative, and you feel comfortable working here. For an offshore outsource company, the environment is quite positive. Work-life balance has been fine for me. The workload is manageable and the managers understand if you have personal commitments. I also got good work exposure. I learned a lot beyond my main role, from Dynamics CRM to Power Apps, Power Automate and handling client requirements, B2B business handling to technical & marketing strategies. This really helped me grow as a Dynamics 365 expert. Career growth is decent. Seniors guide you well and you get chances to learn new skills if you show interest. The appraisal process was also fair in my experience. I felt my work was appreciated and the feedback was genuine. Overall, it’s a good place to work if you want stability, learning, and hands-on CRM experience.
