      1. Management takes employee for granted. They change their policies whenever they want and no body has right to question. 2. Appointment letter is mere paper and the T&C mentioned in it might change after you join. 3. Taking a leave is a crime 4. Lot of politics 5. Tech Leads do not have any work.       only work from home policy is good othar then that nothing is good.

      Bad management They will ask you to fill up excel file what you have done the whole day. I was litteraly furstrated because of no clarity of work. There is no specific domain. some day ask you to work with Cloud Patching team and another day ask you to work with Cloud Infra team. You will forget your main skills. Sudden Layoffs
