      Pros

      Working with people across the business who are passionate about what we are looking to achieve at Instil Bio. My immediate team are a joy to know and work with and have been instrumental in my development in this role.

      Cons

      As a new business we need to become more commercially focussed and to retain people we need to invest in the career development.
