      Pros

      Upper management are friendly and easy to talk to, never any miscommunication.

      Cons

      Shift rosters only come out a week in advance mostly. Hard to get many shifts.

      good money, plenty of work, and decent sized staff

      Cons

      cannot trust other employees, they'll throw you under the bus for no reason. if you make mistakes they look down on you. talking to most of the people in the office gives you a very condescending feeling. the boss and his right hand man are very 2 faced people.
