Pros

I did not find any pros. I would be lying if I say 7 PM free snacks. Even the beggar will get more quantity of snacks compared to what they give.

Cons

Many of you will think I am writing this review out of frustration. But please please read it and think thousand times before joining this organization. I would say, even if you don't have any other job offer, don't join this organization. Following are few things you should know : 1. Totally unfair system. No email access . Email access is given to only few associates and not all. Despite having 6+ years of good work experience I was not eligible for email access. You feel handicapped without email. 2. If you have worked in a reputed , well known organization earlier(BNP, JPMC,TCS, Infy) they will happily hire you and offer big package. But your in-hand salary will be very less compared to what they claim in the offer letter. Plus, you will have hard time adjusting to their horrible work culture. 3. No comp-offs, very few leaves. And if you punch-in after 9:30 am , half day leave is deducted. Even if you work sincerely for 12 hours a day ,company does not respect that. Having worked in very flexible environment in my previous organization, I had very hard time digesting this "9:30 Am" horrible policy. 4. No solution architects. People who claim to be technically sound do not know a thing about design. They just keep providing patches for the already broken product. And if anything goes wrong they will play dirty blame games. 5. No onsite opportunities. They have created hype in the market that they have many international projects and stuff. And like me, you might get fooled thinking if you perform well you will get onsite opportunity . But no. Apparently , there's this new term they have invented called "Product knowledge". And people who have been working here since long are supposed to be called "Product experts" which they are not. They will go to onsite and get all the work/POC done from the offshore team. And take credit for the success of the project. 6. No respect for people who actually work.No respect for knowledge. Rude and arrogant people everywhere. 7. Promotions. Encouragement. Awards. - People who actually work will never get any of these. I know even after reading all this there will be some people who would want to join this organization just out of curiosity. ( I was one of them and I still believe it was the worst decision of my life.) If you want to spoil your career, join this organization. Good luck.

Pros

- Learn cheap office politics. - Learn to not trust anyone even your colleagues from the same team. - Learn how to camouflage yourself while leaving office. Yes you read it right. At many times had to switch off the phone after leaving so that no one can call you back at office from midway. - You will feel like everyday you are going in a war zone where from anywhere anytime some event would keep happening. - You will always be upright and keep your eyes and ears open to save your back seat..

Cons

- If you are good looking female than you have a high chance of being the talk of town among your managers. No need of having brains as that hardly matters. - For one year you will never come to know what is happening with you. You will not get any directions or any help but still have to finish a project on time. Did I mentioned that by time I meant day & Night inclusive. Also this point is applicable across various teams in Intellect irrespective of your experience. - Managers are more like people managers and are more interested in either females or micro management. - Only advice if anyone is planning to join this company. If you are backbencher or if you are crooked then only do join.

Pros

Good banking domain knowledge if you are working for banking domain project. Some managers are very good in helping the team members of course it's based on your project You will get more time to explore new things , if you wish to learn.

Cons

I left this organization only because of the worst policies. HR policies: 1. Leave deduction if you don't login before 9:30AM. Doesn't matter till what time you worked earlier day. 2.If you don't wear tie on Monday, HR will act like a school principal and leaves will be deducted. Thank God, they are not asking us to stand outside. If you work for 6 months in this organization, your leaves will be in negative even if you don't apply a single leave. 3.You will never know when you will get hike. Ex:if your hike cycle is July, you will get hike letter in December and you never get your performance feedback. 4.APDP:it's variable pay and again every year it is suspense at what time you will get. Some times you will get per 6 months and some times per year without any info. 5.In this organization, HRs make policies only for management team not for employees. 6.Pathetic hikes. Even if you are given performer in review meeting , you will get 4% hike. 7.Once the management decided to fire people, then the notice period changed from 90 days to 45 days. After 3 months the notice period was back to 90 days. I am lucky enough to get relieved in 45 days because of this policy change :-) . 8.You can't even have office email ID with out any business case. The list can go on....
