      Doing Things Differently Isn't Necessarily Innovating

      - Unique platform - Autonomy (for non-product-facing teams)

      Cons

      - Counterintuitive, frustrating platform - Inessential product - Poor-to-nonexistent communication b/w designers and devs - Sealed off from advancements in best practices for code management, tools, etc. - Upper management deaf to dev input - Only 10 days paid vacation (strictly enforced, with no option for unpaid vacation)

      Pros

      Founder has almost unlimited resources and no financial pressure, investors to please, a board to interfere or numbers to hit.

      Cons

      Can't seem to actually finish anything. History of the company is littered with science projects that went nowhere because the product didn't work as advertised. CEO is just another incompetent leech that is cashing in on the gravy train; he is never there and knows less than nothing about software or the industry.
