Pros

- After works drinks - External training provider

Cons

- Lack of Management - Lack of Office Atmosphere - Terrible internal hiring process - A constantly changing strategic business model which often lasts less than 6 months at a time where people are moved around the business in a very clumsy way. - Very high staff turnover - Very questionable hiring/firing decisions

Pros

Very few, social aspect good.

Cons

Were unable to make a senior hire in my time, only hired rookies, incredibly high staff turnover. Management is a strong word, as there is no leadership or mentoring in the business. People get put into management for the wrong reasons. Change of strategy regularly, laughable at the amount they change their direction and it has never has been executed in a good style. Rookie training lasts a couple of weeks then they are left on their own and normally fired after 3 months for not performing. Unable to hire senior staff due to market reputation. I’ve seen numerous people get let go and never once has it been the companies fault. Very short minded, “quick wins”. Would avoid if you want to further your career or get involved in recruitment.

Pros

Staff were nice, but many were terminated during covid.

Cons

At management level is a bunch of incompetent folks, guided by a just as incompetent CEO (more like a glorified sales manager) with the mentality of a car salesman: quick wins, now. There is no long term strategy for the business and it’s not a surprise they’ve been around for 30 years and never scaled. Career and growth opportunities are an empty promise. Lastly, how the company behaved towards its employees during covid is absolutely repulsive. Firstly, communicated everything and everyone would be ok. Then, got rid of their people (many of them on visa faced deportation) without thinking twice. No honesty, transparency or empathy whatsoever, because they had to do “what’s best for the business”.
