Pros
Quality products. Given independence to manage your territory and calendar. Decent salary and benefits. A job to get experience but would not intend to make a career here.
Cons
Management is dysfunctional and not involved with the sales team except at regional/national meetings. Poor training and company direction. Poor distribution network and lack of products on contract. Very high turnover in the sales force year after year.
