- Senior managers at DMC levels are often toxic and aim to play both sides. - Bosses of the senior managers may or may not be aware of the issues that exist at DMC levels but they take little to no actions. - Often the above is a direct refelction of having hired the wrong people in certain positions, and they later just dont want to let go of those people even if they know those people are a problem. - Tech-wise still very backwards as the company is investing a lot in tech but the still the right kind of tech is not getting developed as per the current advancing world. - Salaries are below industry standards (this may differ country to country) but Intrepid is just not matching salaries very well - As mentioned before, growth opportunity is there but it depends what exactly your role is, if you know the right people or not. Although they do promote internal hiring, sometimes candidates are decided in advance and its also not easy to shift from one country role to another country if you are at junior or mid senior level.
