Pros
- A genuinely encouraging and positive work environment - Tons of autonomy and opportunities for growth - Clear communication and direction from senior management - Open communication and collaboration between teams - Very healthy work/life balance - Good benefits and PTO - Extremely low employee turnover - A general feeling that you're treated/cared about as a person, not just a number
Cons
It's a startup, which isn't for everyone. Since it's a relatively small team, everything you do (or don't do) will impact the company. It's not a place for people who like to blend in with a larger team - you'll be expected to think creatively about your role, come up with new ideas and generally play a part in moving the company forward. You'll also need to be adaptable because things can change a lot, and quickly, with regard to products/direction/etc.

There aren’t any pros they go through people like a turnstile, can’t keep employees. The CEO and COO use the company as a cash cow so they can buy expensive things and take extravagant trips.
Cons
They don’t know what they are doing. They have an employee that is a bully
