Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear that you don't believe in the company business outlook anymore, despite interesting products and a well-established team taking care of them. Regarding the Cons, you are of course referring to financial difficulties of 2020-2021 which sent the company into a cost-saving mode. The management made an effort to absorb most of the negative financial consequences through an efficiency program and strict financial controls; the adopted measures were mostly successful, I am aware of only one salary run being delayed in 2021 by some days (an unfortunate yet isolated event). 2020 bonuses had been fully caught up on by December 2021, and the company made a public commitment to make good on 2021 bonuses by mid 2022. Two years after COVID, the company is still here and expecting a good season, as the business seems to be picking up thanks to an increasing demand for defense products in the world.
