Bullying behaviour from the top, discrimination too.
It feels like you are constantly fighting a losing battle because the management team have a vision that doesn't exist. They do not listen to their employees at all, especially female ones, and it gets worse as time goes on! I think management needs a complete re-vamp, as it's very old fashioned. They will promise you a bonus which you'll never receive, they will promise you a learning budget and then withhold it to save money - which happens regularly. Management aren't bothered about progression because that means spending money on their employees.
Pay is less than average and they will try and, as mentioned above, they will say that's because of the learning budget and bonus(which doesn't exist). I feel sorry for those who are working so hard to make it better as they're made to take the wrap for crap decisions.
