      Pros

      I had the greatest store director you could ask for! As a college student, I needed a job that was willing to work with my class schedule -- they were always extremely flexible and understanding. Our store team became like a second family to me. Lots of opportunities for growth as well -- several people got promoted within my time at this store, and I was able to use my experience in the stores to start a career in corporate after college as well. Overall great company to work for
