Only advantage is money but if you are fired it want to look out, you become too expensive for the market and you will die with the frustration.

Cons

Sad leadership team Entire control with their India head. Even leaves for the agent gets approved by them. In one of the leadership meet, director was being scolded for allowing an agent to work in a different shift due to medical reason. He was told how dare he did something like this without taking the permission. Lot of people got fired with no reason being given to them from agent to Sr. Directors. Don't fall for money.

Very nice view from the cafeteria and good office. People in general are nice. It a KPO culture so lot of employee engagement activities at the junior-mid level.

Cons

Know for sure this is not a consulting, analytics and IT organisation. Yardstick for measurement of all function is KPO based. Totally perception driven organisation. Total focused on cost saving only. Work is low grade overall specifically IT. Surely a place that will not add much value to experienced IT professional. Team here does low grade work in IT which onsite does not want to do. IT is totally messed up with no head and tail, completely misleading and random.

Legal team in India is giving lot of trouble to all its employees. The captain of the ship of this team is a ruthless man. He has own set of rule for him and his fellow female colleague who is a DM. He take leave whenever he want, she work from home whenever she want. Others don't have this privilege. He will stay at home, she will walk in early and disappear for hours. THe lady has had the highest rating as compared to her peers ever since she joined. This is what she goes about telling people. Others get a rating of 3 with great difficulty whereas she gets 5 easily. She was also given the privilege of doing a course at IIM Lucknow whereas others were not even asked about it.

Cons

Everything. This has been known to all but no one does anything? Does the company have any ethics left? Are they fine with their employee s struggling and the 2 people have all the fun and take away all the ratings and everyones share of Bonus? Wake up now if you have not already. Ask past present employees , they will tell you all the stories.
