There is no pros for company.

Cons

They doesn't ask any technical question. There main concern is why you changed so many companies and CTC. They offer salary less than industry standard.

1.Salary on Time. 2.if you are south indian you have special treatment

1. no work life balance (late night sitting without comp-off) 2. Saturday forced to work without comp-off 3. worst management 4. no project to learn (most of Dynamic project) 5. 0 % job security 6. bond 7. upper management(IT Borivali) very poor. 8. many more things

Pros

Job security is good, the first family of JM Financial is very good, that is Nemish bhai Kampani, he built a great organisation!

Cons

Full of politics, Red tapism, Nepotism, Favouritism, zero empowerment, discrimination, no delegation, spoil careers by recruiting leaders and treat them like slaves, lowest salaries in the banking and finance industry, very bad work culture, zero work life balance. No whistle blower policy and employee greivance redressal mechanism, even if its there its not fair and they do not believe in justice. I quit the organisation due to unbearable mental harassment and torture.
