I worked with this company for 1.5 years and observed several concerning practices. The company engages in misrepresentation by providing IT contractors to U.S.-based firms under pseudonyms. In some cases, employees were required to lip-sync on video calls while another person spoke on their behalf. Additionally, clients were misled to believe that developers were based in the U.S. when they were actually working from India. Compensation promises were not honored. Despite being assured a salary of 4-6 lakhs per month, payments were frequently delayed or deducted without clear justification. Employees were also asked to use a family member’s bank account instead of their own, which raises transparency concerns. The work environment was highly unprofessional. While the hiring process was conducted politely and professionally, the management’s behavior changed significantly after joining. Employees were often treated disrespectfully, and communication from leadership was harsh and dismissive. Overall, I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking a fair and ethical workplace.

Cons they have all the cons you can have in your mind. no work environment no working culture, everyone is rude. No supporting staff. Or everything that you can think of.
