While no company is perfect, I have found that the positives of working at Java R & D far outweigh any negatives. For instance, there may be challenges in recruiting for certain niche roles or in certain geographical locations, but the company is always open to feedback and takes steps to address any issues.

Pros

People working here knows there are no such PROs in this company is NOTHING, ITS A FAKE COMPANY AND WORST COMPANY EVER. No professional behavior and there is no life after working hours and they use to create Working with JAVA R&D is the nightmare and feels like you are trapped in a jail and slowly you will forget your potential as well, the reality of the company is that they just SPY on every employee on their personal life, very unhygienic place to work and washrooms n rats roaming around and the camera constantly keeps an eye and of course they are fake in n out that's why they are just maintaining there rating as well by giving fake reviews and good comment so that there reputation doesn't go down such FAKE people and company. SHAME ON YOU.

Cons

Totally unprofessional. They don't provide salary on time and there is nothing to learn and no growth as professional as well as personal and they don't consider your talent or skills and they always tries to criticize and never appreciate your work, hell a lot of pressure and work and negative working culture and Its a fake company they just pretend they have clients from US but that's a LIE, they just use there own internal candidates for cracking the interview the fake one, a lot of mental harassment, so please never ever apply or be the part of java R&D. They don't provide any facilities. They only have unethical behavior or working culture. They pretend to be an IT company, but to be more precise, they aren't. They don't know how to work in an organization and with employees, they always tries to humiliate, seriously SHAME ON YOU guys. If you want to ruin your career den pls go for it Best of Luck. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE.

Pros

I have been a part of the organization . specifically the recruitment team long enough , and as per my experience the process is smooth ,it has evolved for good and still is evolving and is flexible enough , Personally I have received enormous amount of growth both in terms of role as well as salary wise , so if you work and perform well there is a definite growth and no one can bar that . There are specific benefits , additional bonuses , Leaves are never an issue , , still last couple of years because of the pandemic there has been even more relaxation , leaves are not questioned or doubted, Work for home at times is not as planned for many employees still it is considered and leverages are given . Yes there are policies HR has provided which are supposed to be followed, HR cooperates in the best ways they can in terms of discussions ,grievances, late coming , early exits, last minute leaves and half days , all we need to do is update / Inform and discuss ?? But why would they cooperate if someone wants to bypass any policy , doesn't want to serve notice period and leave abruptly for another opportunity and then be bitter about it , or maybe use the companies data or classified information for external purpose , obviously people wont mention that part , they ll blame the organization which is usually the case. Working on video is followed by many companies , some even use MS teams or other tools to even calculate the hours of productivity , it has nothing to do with hampering privacy, I mean obviously we can shut our camera and leave the call if we are on a break or not at the system obviously when we work we should focus on work , whether you work from office or home productivity is expected , When you do a job, you have to respect employers policy, if you dont / cant do that then probably you should be self employed , be your own boss. People might call this the managements review or maybe a paid review but honestly when you have a negative mindset you never look at the positives , there are people who left and came back and joined the organization. The point here is not to question or counter anyone its just to let people use their common sense , just like we are free to post are opinions we are free to use our common sense as well , people can ask , inquire discuss before jumping to conclusions , everyone strives to get better , same process is followed here , be it a resource or the organization but we should see where we are coming from , and still if you feel it doesn't match or click , dont join in the first place and take a decision on your own rather than getting influenced by others.

Cons

There should be flexible working hours as well Saturday working for recruiters Should look into adding certain more holidays in the list
