Pros
- The number 1 thing I like about being here is that my role is constantly expanding and I'm always learning new things. I think that's pretty relevant to everyone's roles here - The people here come from all different walks of life and are very interesting. Everyone has their quirks but at the end of the day you feel like you're part of a family because the team is so small and you learn to love everyone - Along with the above statement ^, everyone here is super accepting and inviting. We go out for drinks after work, take a good amount of team outing trips, often have lunch together, play American Ninja Warrior at the park down the street togther, have Nerf and watergun fights, and ping pong tournaments (super hardcore ping pong players up in here) - The kitchen is stocked with whatever you want. Our office manager, Nelly, does a great job making sure we have anything we need to be comfortable and full - The music selection is great 90% of the time hah - We have a cute office mascot named Enzo (sooo you may not want to be scared of or allergic to dogs) - Dope office space in Soma near the Ballpark I guess the last thing I can say is I love the transparency here. You may not always agree with the decisions that are made here just like at any other company, but at least here they're pretty transparent about everything.
Cons
- We were acquired by Monster a year ago which was then acquired by Randstad. Unfortunately that means you don't get any equity here but thankfully we still operate independently so we still have our startup culture. Id does take a bit longer to get things approved though from a budget perspective but most people don't have to deal with that here anyways
