Nepotism at its peak and that is probably because its a small family owned business.
Processes instituted are not adhered to by a certain few, primarily a consultant who also moonlights at the president of the company.
The select few can do no wrong, these are the folks from the upper echelons of the company.
If the upper echelons don't agree with you or your way of doing the job then you are talked down to leading to people quitting.
There is a reason this company has a VERY HIGH staff turnover, especially in the Sales and Consulting groups - POOR management and unclear goals and expectations. The company needs to install a revolving door without a key fob so it makes getting in and quitting easy.
Little to no management oversight so certain consultants take an 8 hour project and drag it to say 16-24 hours because billable hours are everything. Rather unscrupulous in my books.
