Decent benefits. Bring your own computer policy and reimbursement is good. Team lunches are a nice touch.
Cons
Rule by fear. Management can't find a business model that works and employees take the blame. CEO says culture is important and no jerks are allowed but yells and swears all the time. Only path up is out at Kapost.
- Many of the employees are kind, hardworking, and thoughtful
- The marketing software space is interesting; many of the customers are awesome
- With decent health benefits, flexible remote options, and a downtown location, work/life balance is great
- Some teams are incredibly well-run, with a ton of trust and support for employees
Cons
- A company that sells marketing software doesn't invest in marketing, often displaying little empathy or respect for the work of their end users
- There is, at times, a fraternity culture created by leadership, with little diversity of thought
- There is neither HR nor process to ensure values are a reality. "No jerks" and "measure by results" only exist on some teams, leaving certain employees struggling to have an outlet for feedback
- Pay is well below market value
Company Culture is great. Good location in downtown Boulder. Team members are hard working and helpful with peers - meaning there is some good team collaboration. The Tech Support team is amazing. The product team is very knowledgeable and accessible.
Cons
Overworked.
The management plays favorites.
The CS team Management is really really bad here. The team is asked to push priorities onto the client and tell them how to measure success when really, we should ask what the client's priorities are and work with that.
I don't trust that anyone has my back (except a few colleagues).
This is an awful place to work and I cannot wait to get out.
Super HIGH expectations with not enough reward.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. When we make decisions, many factors come into play. One of them is the way it will impact all of our colleagues in the Customer Success and Support organization. Often, we have to make long-term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short-term. If you bear with us during our company’s time of growth and transition, we believe that our whole company will feel positive impact. I’d be happy to discuss any other feedback you may have.
