I have never seen so much alcohol at a workplace. The CEO Aram Shumavon is dishonest and volatile. In late December 2024 at the final all-hands of the year no one expected a bonus because the company is always broke. We expected maybe a 'good job' after hitting so many amazing deliverables. Instead he declared a 'furlough' that wiped out everyone's vacation and holiday pay. I had been waiting for that vacation all years, trying to hit client deliverables while the exec team went on 5-week long vacations. I had to pay for my holiday vacation myself. When we returned, half the staff had been laid off with no rhyme or reason and no direction from executive leadership. Third round of layoff in 3 years that happened abruptly while hiring was ongoing. The CEO is a chaos monster, most of the execs are totally incompetent. Stay away, stay away.

Leadership doesn't really understand the idea of focus. Expectations and operating model demonstrably maligned with available resources and customer intent. Utter lack of transparency and financial stewardship.
