Reacted very poorly and unprofessionally at times to people leaving instead of addressing the issues why they left (low pay for the industry, lack of upward mobility)

Gob was not a good fit. Only issue was a lack of communication as to what job skills where needed for the contract.

Corporate culture gets shook up often

Not much say in client innovation. Once on engagement overall company interaction is minimal

Some recent cuts to 401k and other benefits.

Since the founder/owner died, it has become MUCH more corporate with benefits going by the wayside. Now we were just bought by a giant company Jacobs....lets see what happens.

Never had any reason to interact with the company because I was a subcontractor.
