Pros
-Variety of work with different clients -"Potential" to earn bonuses/gifts
Cons
-Lack of Organization -No 401k -Lack of benefits -Pay based on job title/seniority is not fair or applicable (I made more than my boss who was there for 2 years) -EXTREME over security and lack of personal privacy... Cameras were in EVERY office (aside from the owners), if you were connected your phone to the wifi you ran the risk of your screen being able to be viewed or search history being visible, etc. -Salary based employees were still expected to work over time without being compensated for it, consistently -During specific times* of the year all employees-even salary based- were expected to work overtime or come in on weekends (*Around Black Friday, Near Christmas, & New Years Eve) -Employees are required to download work email, Skype, and other chat applications to their phone and always be "available" after work hours -Employees are required to become admins of every clients facebook page (Connecting their personal page to the clients page) and respond to messages that come in--even after work hours.
