- flat hierarchy system - everyone listens to you and your problem. - you work for yourself. - Growth (skill level) is very good - work culture is healthy - good work life balance - pay compensation is best in market
Cons
- You have to be self driven to complete your tasks ( it's a con if you are not used to this type of work culture) as there is no one to track your daily tasks.
