Pros

Staff purchase Some Friendly colleagues

Cons

The new top management manage the company like SME, does not trust the old staffs but those who are newly hired by themselves. One person shoulder 2 person's work load. No work life balance, sometime need to work till midnight! Staff benefit is under market.

- Everyone gets off work on time - More start-up culture, rather than a traditional one in SQ - Some nice perks

Cons

- Needs better people in some department - Start-up culture also a con here, where resources are lacking - When working with SQ, can take a lot of time to get things done in addition to the above

Pros

still have 1 day work from home. if need to work from home for any specific reasons, just need to seek approval.

Cons

don't expect 8months' bonus like SQ, it's a different entity. KS only get the bad - like the work from home days was 2 days originally but changed to 1 day only because SQ side also 1 day. people there are either useless or just planning to retire there seeing how they do their work.
