No proper projects. They would ask us to work for other companies on contract basis and the services whatever we offer at client's location will not be monitored properly. If our contract ends before appraisal then good LTI managers would betray us just to give good rating for employees who work under them at that point. Not at all recommendable for freshers. They keep freshers on bench for months without showing them projects after training and someday, HR would ask them to leave. I heard many stories as such. Also we feel like we r at school sometimes because of their micro level monitoring
