Pros
- people are so incredibly welcoming - company culture is exceptional - the system is cutting-edge tech - you get high ownership of your work - the bar is very high, encouraging you to reach it asap (the team supports and empowers you to do so) - a great mix of technical, clinical, and business understanding
Cons
None really! As it's a startup, you need to love working in very fast-paced environments and be ok with a bit of time-pressure. If you enjoy startups, you'll love this one. NB: for salary expectations, better to ask them directly during your application/offer process as it varies vastly with your experience level - which is why sharing mine would not be relevant.
