Pros
I did not find any reason to work here, the worst infrastructure, the office in Bangalore is like a big shop with seats all over with dogs around and no air to breathe. The company has no defined policy, it left me with utter surprise to see the condition of employees, they attract employees with huge salary but has no one to guide or make any decisions.I worked there for few days but could not carry on just because of the environment it looked like labors worked there rather than recruiters.
Cons
The poor condition of its client relation, one manager looks after almost 60 to 70 people no people management. they hire just anybody with no background and there is nothing to learn. I saw the poor freshers were mistreated and no discipline was there from the senior guys or managers or leads.
