Pros

I wish I could say something good.

Cons

Loads of.... Exploitation of Labor Laws in the name of an International Process. Making interpreters work for more than what the are paid for... The Interpretors are the ones who make money for the organization and still get treated like pigs😢.. And if you dare open your mouth and complain about the management.. Be ready to be thrown out without any ethical reason. The sad part is that all they (management) believe in is, if one employees leave we'll find another one!! Hence Hell With The Employees Who Speak Truth! The honest fact is... This organization can create a milestone in Interpretation domain... All that's really needed are Few Good People Who Value Employees.

Pros

the prime reason for me to be working at this company is to learn and strengthen my professional skill in interpretation. And i am getting a lot knowledge and experience from working at this company which are too valuable.

Cons

However, the employer doesn't seem to like his employees taking leave for any reasons from work even for 5 days through a whole year. so what i am trying to say is that he seems to want the employees working like a robot without rest through whole year. furthermore, if you take, for example, for a few days which you have as annual leave, those a few days of leave will be unpaid whether they are annual or casual or birthday or wedding or family matters or personal leave even if each of employee is allowed to take them according to the protocol of the company. There is also a limitation in regard to Medical reimbursement. one more important thing is that there is no increment in the pay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do have career path opportunities and publicize our open positions for interpreters and corporate positions. In addition, we have full-time positions open for several languages. After doing an extensive evaluation of our benefits in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that our compensation and benefits while not above average, are consistent with the industry. Please note we regularly review industry compensation. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
