Pros

It's a small company (less than 200 people) of which nearly every single one of them is a smart and kind person. I've never met a single jerk in the company, which is a titanic achievement in my book. But it's not just a "be nice at the expense of truth" place either. People are encouraged and able to emote honestly with each other. Overall, I've rarely encountered a work environment as encouraging and positive as this one. I feel that one of LeapPoint's core tenets- to put employees ahead of clients or the company - feels like it actually does drive the decision-making of the leadership.

Cons

No cons within the company, but it was acquired by Omnicom in 2024, which has created some hiccups out of the management team's control due to Omnicom's acquisition of IPG last year. Overall benefits of LeapPoint are solid, but the retirement match of Omnicom is very ungenerous comparatively to every other Fortune 500 company I've worked for.

A Truly Collaborative and Supportive Workplace

Pros

I feel incredibly fortunate to work at a company that truly sets the bar for excellence. I'm constantly inspired by the people around me — smart, capable individuals who are not only driven to deliver the highest quality products, but also genuinely care about doing things the right way. One of the things that stands out most is the culture of inclusion and respect. Every person is seen and valued as an individual, and diverse perspectives are embraced as strengths. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do — there's a real sense of "we're in this together." Whether it’s lending a hand, offering a suggestion, or sharing insights, everyone is eager to support one another. Leadership also genuinely listens. Feedback isn't just encouraged, it’s actively sought out — and most importantly, it's acted upon. It's clear that the company cares deeply about its people and invests in building a workplace where we can all grow and thrive. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s not only doing great work, but doing it with integrity, collaboration, and heart.

Cons

Genuinely nothing of note stands out as a con. The benefits are really good already, and if they can be improved as we continue to grow, that’d make a good thing even better.

Supportive Culture and Employee-First Leadership

Pros

LeapPoint fosters an incredibly supportive, employee-first culture that truly sets it apart. Feedback isn’t just collected, it is valued and consistently acted upon, creating an environment where employees feel heard and appreciated. Leadership is transparent, approachable and deeply invested in the well-being and success of every individual. This culture is truly unique and I think it empowers employees to bring their best selves to work, encouraging creativity, collaboration and innovation. The focus on growth and development is exceptional, with numerous opportunities to take on challenges, expand skills and build a rewarding career here.

Cons

The company’s rapid growth has led to some process challenges as they scale, but leadership is 100% invested in addressing these issues. They are actively taking swift and thoughtful action to course correct, ensuring that the organization continues to function smoothly while maintaining its strong culture. These growing pains are a natural part of expansion and, while they can present minor challenges, they don’t significantly detract from the overall positive experience of working here.
