The culture is friendly, inclusive, and team-oriented, and it often feels more like a family than a workplace. Leadership are supportive, approachable, and encourage growth. There’s also a strong sense of purpose, as the work we do directly impacts students in a meaningful way, with a clear commitment to wellbeing and creating a welcoming environment for all.
Cons
Opportunities for progression and development could be clearer, as roles and pay can remain quite consistent over time. That said, the positive culture and supportive environment make it a place people are happy to stay.
