      An Absolute Hell to Work IN. They Don't Believe in the quote "Nine Woman Can't Have a Baby in One Month" rather They Believe in there own quote "One Men, yes one men Can Have a Baby in One Month if he tries hard" No Work Life Balance rather there is no life to balance No Work Ethics No Suitable Work Environment No Over time pay offs No Leaves on many Major Holidays No Planing phase in any projects No Management Skills No Designation Hierarcy, Junior Software Engineer can Manage a Team While Teach Lead Work as a Team Player No Offs on Severe Strikes No Work Appriciation No AC on Late Nights, Great. No ... No .. No . And the list goes on and on.

      Good working environment Good for freshers with average skills and eagerly waiting for an opportunity Events and celebrations are good

      Cons

      Not good for experienced person. Growth is very slow. Boring Process with no proper project management system. Plenty of Politics. Seniors are excellent in playing blame game with employees when project is in trouble. But when project is doing well they forgot employees and are always ahead to take the credit. Company following use and throw policy with employees. Project managers attitude is bad. HR Policies are not so good. Admin process is worst.

      Worst HR and management. Lot of politics. Tech architects and program managers are management chamchaas.... They make lot of noise but have zero skill sets.. No Tech exposure. Not an employee driven company. No appraisal... No more projects.. All project are failed... No a reliable company. Lot of layoffs and sacking
