35% positive business outlook
Pros
My coworkers genuinely cared about the work.
Cons
The leadership acts like feedback matters, but nothing ever changes. Schedules get tossed around without warning, and you're expected to jump at every last-minute demand like your own time means nothing. Raises are rare, and when they finally come, they're laughable-insulting both in amount delivery. The workplace feels more like a revolving door than a team.
Pros
- Coworkers are good - Inexpensive (sometimes free) health benefits - Good work/life balance
Cons
- Executive team lacks leadership skills, foresight. I've never worked anywhere with such poor leadership. The law firm is obviously financially successful but there's not one employee who would ever go to bat for or put in 0.1% beyond what is required for those in charge here. - High turnover rate, because people either get tired of leadership and quit, or leadership gets tired of employees who push back against their bad decisions and fire them. - Mediocre pay
Pros
Free insurance, great benefits and PTO and catered meals every so often, today we even got Crumbl Cookies, flexible schedule
Cons
Management is a mess, extremely high turnover, filling spaces with underqualified, undertrained people. Management talks very poorly about other leaders and coworkers and blatantly makes up lies. I have seen walls being punched , doors, computers, everything swiped off a table screaming and crying and cussing. Things thrown at past employees. Management then goes and gets high in the parking lot and comes back in singing and laughing like nothing happened. No appreciation for employees, extreme lack of communication, too many hands in one pot. Everyone wants to call the shots and make rules without actually communicating with others or knowing a person's actual job description. Extremely hostile and uncomfortable work environment. No support in one's job duties or tasks, if you are off except to do double time when you come back. When they do not make as much money as they want they do lay offs so they can still get bonuses. 27 people have left in a year, that doe snot include the 50 who got let go.
Pros
Some genuinely talented and kind coworkers who try to make the best of a difficult environment.
Cons
Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, many are misleading. This workplace is driven by fear, not leadership. The “client” calls all the shots, and top leadership is too afraid to stand up or make real decisions. It’s a yes-man culture where growth and independent thinking are discouraged. The environment feels like high school, full of cliques and a mean-girl mentality. There’s little to no transparency, and most employees are constantly worried about job security. Decisions are made behind closed doors, often without logic or fairness. There is no real DEI — any mention of diversity, equity, and inclusion is quickly swept under the rug. It’s clear they don’t care about hiring diverse candidates, and if you are diverse, you’re often treated differently. Benefits are hyped up as premium, but they’re just average, used more as bait than real value. If you’re looking to grow, learn, or feel supported in your role, this isn’t the place. There are far better companies out there with stronger leadership, better culture, and more honest values.
Pros
Helpful coworkers and organized workflows. Training is good and makes it easier to handle tasks early on. Pay is steady and includes basic benefits like healthcare and PTO. Tools are kept updated, which keeps daily work consistent.
Cons
Some procedures take time to learn fully.
Pros
The office had modern equipment and friendly coworkers.
Cons
The manager's unreasonable expectations turned tasks into a complete mess. Instructions were inconsistent, leading to confusion and wasted effort. There was no clear direction, and priorities changed without notice. The lack of organization from the manager caused unnecessary stress.
Pros
-The benefits are unparalleled to other companies and Lexicon truly cares about individual wellness. -My coworkers are more like family and continue to support one another. -Lexicon supports internal growth among it's employees. -Open communication company wide. -Great flexibility and supportive of work/life balance. - While we all have difficult days at the office, I've never once woken up and said I've not liked my job. The company is continuously looking for ways to improve and this is evident in the hiring of Scott Brennan. He has helped guide the Leadership Team and inspired us to reach new levels of greatness. He has collaborated with each department and put plans into action that have been discussed for some time prior to his arrival. While change can be difficult for some, he has made the process much more manageable, along with the rest of the Leadership Team.
Cons
Nothing I can think of at this time.
