The people are great and passionate considering the pay and reward scheme isn’t market leading.
Cons
No performance management of under achieving team members. Very male dominated environment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I appreciate your honest and open feedback. I would really like to address some of your concerns regarding our business and it would be good for me to understand what your personal experience was with us and how long ago it was that you left the business. I can reassure you that with our current commercial and EDI strategy we have implemented some significant changes which I hope will mitigate some of the areas you felt needed improvement. We have enhanced our benefits package, reviewed our salaries as well as rolling out a flexible working approach that helps our people to 'make work, work for them'. We have an ongoing management development programme for our leaders to ensure that we have the very best skill set inspiring our teams. We are focussed on creating a real sense of belonging for our people through our EDI strategy and whilst we have a way to go we do have a really solid gender balance with an almost equal gender split both across our workforce and our senior leadership team. I appreciate that this does not impact you directly now but I hope that you can feel reassured that we have taken important steps towards ensuring that the Lifetime Training Group is a great place to work for everyone.
I have worked here for about 7 years and altough there has been a lot of change during my time here, the current SLT team has our learners and our people at the heart of any decision. It's an exciting time to join Lifetime as new opportunities are being unlocked.
Career progression is great and development opportunties are always available to people.
Cons
Lots of changes, some favouritism which is expected with any employment.

Thanks for your review. Your feedback is really balanced and positive.
Very limited support and no clear development opportunities.
Terrible communication and the business as a whole has problem after problem, it's a sinking ship.
There's a blame culture and you don't feel supported by line management
In comparison with other training providers, pay is low and targets and bonuses are very difficult to reach.
